In 2013, Old Mutual Wealth established a Leadership Programme, in collaboration with Cass Business School. The year-long course consists of four modules, focusing on Strategic Implementation and Culture, Living the Strategy and the Customer Proposition, Authentic Leadership, and Managing Culture and Understanding Change.
